When booking your Indonesia Diving Cruise with us, you have the option to chose between two different fare types:
CLASSIC Fare is our value option and corresponds to the normal Terms and Conditions
FLEXI Fare offers you added flexibility, both, in terms of rebooking and cancelling your trip.
CLASSIC: our value fare
Standard Rebooking
Early-Bird Cancellation
Standard Rebooking: Rebook for a 75 USD up to 100 days before departure. After 99 days, rebooking is equivalent to 95% of the reservation price.
Cancellation Fees: Up to 100 days before departure: 25%. From the 99th to 60 days before departure: 80%. From the 59th day to the day of departure and in case of no-show: 95%
FLEXI: for complete peace of mind
Cheaper rebooking up to 65 days prior to departure
More flexible refund options
Rebooking: 50 USD per person up to 100 days before departure. 50% of the booking price per person from 99 up to 31 days before departure. 95% of the booking price per person after day 30 before departure.
Cancel last-minute: Up to 100 days before departure, cancel for only the equivalent of the FLEXI fee for your reservation. Between 99 and 60 days, cancellation will be 80% of the reservation price. From and after 59 days, cancellation fees are identical to those in the CLASSIC fare.
